Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 48 hours of receiving the product and returns are accepted only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired at the time of delivery

In order to be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by writing to care@filocia.com with your order details and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Requests received beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased from official sellers/website.

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a verified quality defect

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

In cases where reverse pickup is available, we will arrange for the product to be collected. If reverse logistics is not feasible in your location, you may be required to ship the product back to us, and reasonable shipping costs may be reimbursed upon validation.
